Michael has a background working within Real Estate and hospitality, which lead him in 2018 to recruitment within the Real Estate and Property sector where he has been able to apply his service first approach.

Meet Greg! Originally from Edinburgh, Greg made the move down under and with it, the switch from a career in Real Estate, to recruitment.
With a solid foundation as a successful agent for a decade in the United Kingdom, he has a great understanding of the industry's intricacies and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the ever-evolving world of real estate, one placement at a time.

Gemma has been in recruitment for 15 years and is also passionate about the Real Estate Sector.
After moving from Sydney to Brisbane in 2021 MSR Talent in QLD was born, with a focus on Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Gemma loves helping candidates find their dream role (cliche as it might sound!) and solving business problems for agencies through finding the best Real Estate talent in the market.
Addictions outside of work include pilates and getting to the beach as often as possible with her kids.
